Weight Loss Update

Hi y'all. 
So, I've lost about 4 lbs now. Its been three weeks and I think that's pretty good considering that I don't work out regularly. 

I've been eating pretty well except this past weekend when I had two plates of rice n' beans with pork. I was at a Dominican baby shower and well, the food was good. I couldn't help myself. 

My goal is 20 pounds. I guess I should throw in some exercise in the mix. Truth be told by the time I get home all I want to do is curl up in bed and do absolutely nothing. It is rough going to work and school. I am exhausted at the end of the day. 
I'll have to figure it out if I want to get to my goal weight.

  1. I completely know what you mean about wanting to curl up instead of exercise. I realllly hate to sweat
