I recently bought a blender and decided to whip up my own version of those smoothies I've seen floating around on the web.
I have to say I really enjoyed it. I was skeptical about the spinach and the kale but I hardly tasted them.
Healthy and delish, my favorite combo.
Here is my recipe:
1 handful spinach
1 handful kale
1 cup Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/2 cup blue berries
Blend until the desired consistency is achieved. I added a little extra milk to thin it out but it's up to you.
